Led by former Le Gavroche sous chef Manu Canales Garces, this 40-seat restaurant offers a refined yet casual dining experience. Spread over two floors, it caters primarily to walk-ins, accepting reservations only for groups of six or more. The restaurant also boasts a private dining area in the basement, where diners can enjoy an exclusive 10-seat chef's table experience, watching Manu prepare their meals.
