Description
Colonel Saab offers a refined dining experience in the distinguished setting of Holborn Town Hall, just a short walk from Covent Garden and Holborn Tube station. Surrounded by a remarkable collection of antiques and artefacts once belonging to Indian royalty, guests are invited to explore a thoughtfully curated menu by acclaimed food author Karen Anand. The menu showcases a sophisticated selection of regional Indian cuisine, including dishes such as slow-cooked Lamb Shanks, Butter Chicken, traditional tiffins, and generous dosas. Ideal for gatherings with friends, family, or colleagues, the restaurant also features two private dining rooms for more intimate or special occasions. The bar, overseen by award-winning mixologist Anthony Bertin, serves a distinctive cocktail menu perfect for pre-theatre drinks or a relaxed evening. From 1st August, Colonel Saab introduces a special collaboration with the West End production of Mrs. Doubtfire, featuring a themed five-course experience menu with a colour-changing cocktail priced at £60, and a two-course set lunch menu available for £35.
